Karen Schlosser Memorial Scholarship Fund

Scholarships for Seniors from a Marshall County High School attending Purdue (permanent fund)

Karen Schlosser was the "champion of champions" for students attending Purdue University, organizing student and alumni events that continually and intentionally nurtured an amazing network of support for students and their parents. Karen frequently took students to visit the Purdue campus, especially those that were first generation students or had never been on a college campus. This fund in memory of Karen Schlosser is a component of the Purdue Alumni Club of Marshall County Scholarship Fund. It is a wonderful tribute to her leadership as President of the Purdue Alumni Club of Marshall County, as a board member for the Marshall County Community Foundation and, to the legacy she helped create and build for Marshall County students attending Purdue. Karen's generous spirit, with love and support from her husband Sam, had touched the lives of 529 students by the time she passed away in 2022 and that number will continue to grow for generations to come.
